They own  a caravan which is not too far away from us in Dorset.  She has seen a lot of life and is so full of life and it was just wonderful to see her again.&lt;br&gt;
There was a lot of reminiscing about people we had met and places we had been to, the high jinks we had got up to, who was still alive and who had kicked the bucket.&lt;br&gt;

Scotland Yard sent out “detectives” to discover Miss Maxie’s murderer in Nassau in the Bahamas in the sixties.&lt;br&gt;
They did not succeed.  It was known who was instrumental in the murder of Miss Maxie&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Mr Woolmer’s demise is somewhat similar. The 'detectives' will get a sun tan and that’s about it.&lt;br&gt;
Or maybe they will get a black man to ‘confess’. &lt;/p&gt;

I had got myself blootered in a drinking establishment near Queens Street railway station. Those days are more or less gone but they still bring good memories. The milk bottles were on the doorstep when I got back home to Dalry.&lt;/p&gt;

This evening I will watch on BBC2 at 9.00 o'clock the story about the death of Dr David Kelly the British government scientist, who, in my opinion, was threatened to such an extent that he took his own life.&lt;br&gt;
This has always been my belief, and in spite of the programmes findings, still remains my opinion.

	&lt;p&gt;Among other memories I recall the wonderful smell of Les Halles when it was near Chatelet in Paris; how can anyone like the smell of rotting fruit and vegetables? Very easily, it was close to where my true love lived at that particular time. &lt;/p&gt;

I spent hours trying to whistle using my fingers. The easiest was using the two pinkies, (for the uninitiated the small fingers) thereafter I would use the index finger and the pinkie on the same hand to whistle.  I still cannot whistle using my thumb and second finger.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;How’s that for a bit of useless information?&lt;/p&gt;

How many Chinese establishments are chez vous?&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Years ago I was in Lockerbie and mentioned about having a Chinese meal, I was told in no uncertain terms 'that there's nae Chinese here'&lt;br&gt;
I wonder if it has changed.&lt;/p&gt;
